ace355 may request documents for identity verification at any time. You are required to submit your National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued ID. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

• The user is solely responsible for all activity on the account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on ace355 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits are generally processed instantly; however, bank transfers may take a little longer.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
